Betsy is on a mission to creative innovative, alive, disruptive and agile organizations. Betsy Kauffman is the CEO and Founder of Cross Impact Coaching and a Leadership and Organizational Agility Coach. Along with being a coach, she is also a speaker, leader, author, and most recently, a Ted Talk presenter. Her TEDx Talk, “4 tips to kickstarting honest conversations at work,” recently launched and is at over 65,000 views worldwide. Her work has been revolutionizing the workplace by integrating honesty and transparency into a company’s DNA.Betsy started her own coaching and consulting firm, Cross Impact Coaching, in 2014 when she realized the work she loved to do and the impact it made was desperately needed in organizations around the world. When she isn't supporting amazing leadership teams, she loves to spend time on the lake, traveling around the world with her husband and two teenage boys, impromptu happy hours with her friends and playing ball with her two labs.
