Ann has been working in clinical for 10 years and has helped over 800 people transform their pain to power. Ann earned a Bachelor’s in Arts, followed by a Master of Teaching, before delving into holistic health with a Diploma of Osteopathy. Her thirst for knowledge led her to complete certifications in Epigenetics, Non-Violent Communication, and Quantum Wave Living, enhancing her understanding of the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.
Drawing from over a decade of experience working with diverse clients globally, Ann recognized a common thread: individuals thrive when they embark on inner exploration and take ownership of their lives. This realization inspired her to establish Life Lift, a platform that empowers individuals on their journey toward purposeful living.
In addition to individual coaching, Ann extends her expertise to corporations, offering courses designed to help team members manage stress, enhance communication, and foster mutual understanding.
